Steps for Returning EnGenius Products for Repair:
1) Contact EnGenius Customer Service to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number; required for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
2) Mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box being used to send in the equipment. Please mark the RMA Number clearly and obviously on the box to avoid the shipment being refused.
3) Please place a copy of your original equipment purchase invoice, or dated packing slip in the box of equipment being sent in for repair. This may save you non-warranty repair fees.
4) We strongly recommend that you ship the equipment to EnGenius as a trackable, insured shipment.
