Distribution Account Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage, direct, develop and coordinate the territory sales and distribution relationship with all the DCM & VCM distributors.
  • Analyze and drive distributor performance against monthly sales quota.
  • Optimize profitability/margins of each key distributor through good planning of product requirements and special promotions.
  • Implement and administer planning and forecasting procedures with all the distributors.
  • Formulate with the distributors a forecast and inventory requirement planning procedure.
  • Execute quarterly field visits to train and inform all distributor sales force on products and marketing strategy.
  • Develop specific business plans per distributor and prepare and present sales & marketing plan in cooperation with PM team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABLITIES:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationship with distributors.
  • Team player who works productively with wide range of people closely and remotely.
  • Ability to coordinate customer support activities in order to resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AA Degree or equivalents. BA in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and product training experience.

 

Sales/Marketing Operations Specialist

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Process purchase orders following company procedures.
  • Monitor on-going performance for all orders with the goal of 100% clearance within deadline.
  • Coordinate communications and provide sales administrative support within the Sales department.
  • Provide liaison support between Accounting & Finance department and the customers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain close communication with the Marketing department to keep abreast and obtain electronic copies of all promotional opportunities and advertising packages from partners.
  • Produce and analyze POS (Point of Sales) reports and distributor marketing/rebate claims.
  • Perform research and presentation projects when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABLITIES:

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and new assignments at the same time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer Service Representative (PT)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Actively recommend alternative solutions to customer for obsolete or damaged products.
  • Provide customers with satisfactory surveys and obtain feedbacks to ensure customer service quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABLITIES:

  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written) and excellent phone skills.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve customer issues timely or direct them to appropriate personnel or departments in order to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Clerk (PT)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Receiving and shipping of all types of RMAs including marketing materials.
  • Organize and keep in order the warehouse pending shelf.
  • Prepare monthly return to overseas manufacturing plant, and prepare for monthly inventory.
  • Keep warehouse and lunchroom clean and in order.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABLITIES:

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of MS Access, UPS World Ship and logistics software a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Fluency in Chinese a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalents.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
